Truck Parts Sales Consultant

The main role of the Truck Parts Sales Consultant - Inside is to support clients in locating the right components for their vehicles, both face-to-face and via phone communication. Collaborate with customers, technicians, and colleagues to identify accessories and place orders for repairs and enhancements to the trucks. Assist in the organization and stocking of the showroom as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster customer satisfaction by warmly greeting and acknowledging all clients encountered, offering assistance as needed.
- Respond to phone inquiries within three rings, using the appropriate greeting and offering help with customer requests.
- Recommend additional products and/or services to address issues and fulfill customer requirements.
- When operating at the parts counter, adhere to established cash, credit, and check processing protocols of the dealership.
- Handle core warranty processes.
- Monitor shortages and expedite by reporting to the Parts Manager.
- Possess knowledge in product merchandising.
- Participate in training sessions as directed by management to maintain job proficiency.
- Provide necessary parts to service technicians.
- Ensure the retail sales area and displays meet or exceed dealership standards.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.

- Exceptional sales and communication abilities.

- Ability to climb ladders, navigate stairs, and walk long distances.
