Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster customer satisfaction by warmly greeting and acknowledging all clients encountered, offering assistance as needed.
  • Respond to phone inquiries within three rings, using the appropriate greeting and offering help with customer requests.
  • Recommend additional products and/or services to address issues and fulfill customer requirements.
  • When operating at the parts counter, adhere to established cash, credit, and check processing protocols of the dealership.
  • Handle core warranty processes.
  • Monitor shortages and expedite by reporting to the Parts Manager.
  • Possess knowledge in product merchandising.
  • Participate in training sessions as directed by management to maintain job proficiency.
  • Provide necessary parts to service technicians.
  • Ensure the retail sales area and displays meet or exceed dealership standards.
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Parts Manager.
