Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and quality of life. You will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, focusing on skills needed for daily activities. This role requires a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in occupational therapy
  • Degree in occupational therapy or related field
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Current state license
