Position: Phlebotomy Technician

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday with flexible hours, and Sundays off. The training program will be conducted during weekdays, but may not follow a consecutive pattern. Adaptability is essential as there may be occasions requiring work outside the standard schedule due to special events or operational needs.

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour, which includes a $1.50 mobile premium based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist volunteer donors with the registration process, medical assessments, and blood collection procedures.
  • Travel to various locations throughout Kentucky as part of a dedicated team.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and engage positively with the public.

Work Environment: The role requires physical capabilities such as lifting, transporting, setting up equipment, traveling to donation sites, and standing for extended durations.

Training Program: A thorough training initiative lasting 10-12 weeks will take place at our designated training facility.

Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A background check and drug screening are required prior to employment.
