Ryder is seeking a highly skilled Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team in Cranbury, NJ. As a solo driver, you will be responsible for delivering freight to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer combination to transport goods
  • Deliver freight to designated locations, adhering to schedules and routes
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Load and unload freight, using manual pallet jacks and lift gates as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including hours of service, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
Requirements
  • Class A CDL with endorsements for the position
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle check
  • Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
