Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team within a supportive educational environment. We are seeking a passionate individual with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in behavior support to work closely with students who have autism and other behavioral needs.

Position Details:
  • Full-time role (35 hours per week)
  • 1:1 support for students with autism and behavioral challenges
Qualifications:
  • Active RBT certification in the state of Georgia
  • Experience working within a school setting is preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $22-$28 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • W-2 classification with weekly pay
  • 401(k) plan with matching contributions
