At Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center, we are seeking a skilled Surgical Instrument Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the delivery team by acting as the scrub person who handles instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures. Key responsibilities include maintaining a sterile field, stocking supplies, and acting as a courier for the department. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with morning care as needed and possess a strong understanding of surgical procedures.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a surgical technologist program. Previous clinical experience is preferred, and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
