Position Overview:

The Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center is actively seeking a dedicated Youth Security Supervisor. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our facility while guiding a team of specialists working with high-needs youth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of Youth Program Specialists to maintain security and control within the facility.
  • Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and programming standards.
  • Act as the primary responder to emergencies within the center.
  • Maintain consistency in scheduling and operational expectations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations of incidents that may pose security risks.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in dynamic situations, making informed decisions for the safety of all involved.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Experience or coursework in social work, criminal justice, psychology, behavioral health, or related fields. Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles. Candidates must be at least 21 years old to work with youth.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of experience in crisis management, adolescent development, or verbal de-escalation techniques.
