About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Store Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, following company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory control
  • Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse, tint and mix products as needed, and stock shelves and set up displays
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, assist with deliveries as needed, and maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and suggesting ways to improve sales
  • Comply with inventory control procedures and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Have at least a high school diploma or GED
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a wage range of $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
