Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front End Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store's leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our front-end departments, including Service Center, Self-Checkout, and Food Lion To-Go. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all front-end operations, including Service Center, Self-Checkout, and Food Lion To-Go.
- Lead and manage a team of associates to achieve department goals and objectives.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and promote a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including financial data and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of store operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive.
Requirements
- A high school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Estimated Salary Range
$50,000 - $65,000 per year.
