**Job Description:**

    As a Senior Construction Project Director at Walbridge, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall construction effort to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. This will involve interfacing with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing project objectives, policies, and procedures within corporate guidelines.
  • Maintaining open communication channels with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Coordinating and supervising activities of company personnel on assigned projects.
  • Monitoring and controlling construction costs, schedules, and quality assurance.
  • Authorizing and approving purchase requisitions, change requests, and other project-related documents.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Construction Management or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards.
