Job Summary

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a School Bus Operator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating a school bus safely and efficiently along designated routes
  • Conducting pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
  • Providing exceptional customer service to students and parents
  • Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of the bus
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid CDL license (or willingness to obtain)
  • A minimum of 3 years of verifiable driving history
  • A clean driving record within the last 24-36 months
  • The ability to pass a comprehensive training program
