Concrete Laborer Job Description

STRUCTURAL, a leading provider of specialty repair and maintenance services, is seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team in the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform concrete repair and demolition tasks
  • Assist in concrete placement and finishing
  • Contribute to formwork and carpentry efforts
  • Participate in rebar replacement and concrete coating applications
  • Support fireproofing installation and structural steel welding
  • Operate equipment for grouting and other tasks

Requirements:

  • Possess a TWIC card
  • Previous industrial plant experience
  • Basic and Basic Plus Safety Council Training preferred
  • Turnaround/Shutdown Experience preferred
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
  • Willingness to travel to jobs outside of the Houston area
  • Experience with a self-performing contractor, general contractor (GC), or specialty contractor
