We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ENT Sales Representative to join our industry-leading Ear, Nose, and Throat Operating Unit at Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology and healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians and key influencers to promote innovative ENT solutions
  • Demonstrate and sell capital and disposable products to healthcare professionals
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target relevant healthcare facilities and increase market share
  • Provide exceptional support and service to clinical personnel, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain accurate records of company property and inventory, ensuring compliance with Medtronic's Quality System
  • Monitor and report competitive activity within the territory to inform business decisions
  • Perform other assigned duties to support the success of the ENT Sales Team

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the medical industry
  • Proven track record of success in ENT product sales, with a deep understanding of the ENT product customer base
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
