Manufacturing Finance Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Finance Leader to join our team at US2160 Sysco Guest Supply, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.
About the RoleThe Manager, Manufacturing Finance will support strategies to increase profitability, process efficiency, and overall business improvement. You will partner with leadership to deliver financial and strategic results by leveraging astute analytics and best practices.
- Develop operating metrics for manufacturing facilities and business unit reporting.
- Prepare financial analysis to inform timely decision-making for manufacturing operations and business units.
- Partner with functional leaders to create and execute the Annual Operating Plan.
You will ensure the success of the organization through active financial management, prudent business practices, and expense control. Key activities include guidance on SKU cost and transfer price, marketing and growth strategies, capital investment and business case decisions, plant optimization strategies, and departmental expense management.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of finance and accounting experience with emphasis on financial planning and analysis, business analytics, reporting development, and financial modeling.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, or finance required; Master's Degree preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
- ERP Systems / PeopleSoft experience a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
This position may require evening and weekend work depending on business needs. Must maintain a valid driver license and provide proof of current automobile insurance coverage as set forth by Sysco.
