About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Union Health. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with charging and crediting patient accounts
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Perform monetary functions as required
  • Assist in the prescription dispensing process under the supervision of a pharmacist
  • Monitor and manage medication and supply inventory
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
  • Certified Technician by the Indiana Board of Pharmacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of general math concepts and ability to work accurately with figures
  • Knowledge of the metric system, Latin abbreviations, and medical terminology
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule to meet the needs of the department
