Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Associate to join our team. As a Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor and stockroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Correctly enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, and complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the visual packet materials, props, and signage are received and processed in a timely manner, and properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns, and alert store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc., as directed.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience
  • Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges, security practices, and other applicable operations.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Sign up clients for the reward program.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.

Other duties as assigned. This position may be found in multiple brands, and some duties may vary from brand to brand.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work the majority of the shift standing.
  • Ability to work quickly and within strict timelines.
  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desired.
  • Communicate with customers, associates, and management; wear/communicate with headset.
  • Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant Walking/Standing % of 8-hour shift.
  • Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift.
  • Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift.
