• Build and maintain relationships with past clients, suggest trade-in options, engage with potential customers at community events, and respond to inquiries regarding promotions and sales campaigns.
• Clearly communicate vehicle specifications, capacities, and warranty details to customers.
• Accompany clients on test drives to provide an immersive experience.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge through educational opportunities and professional literature.
• Demonstrate the ability to address objections and successfully close sales.
• Collaborate with management to negotiate purchase prices, finalize sales, and facilitate vehicle delivery.
Qualifications:
