Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Team Member to join our team. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our customers' lawns and landscapes. This includes performing basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, such as mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.

Responsibilities

  • Front-Line Employee:
    • Provide exceptional care to customers' lawns and landscapes.
    • Perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and edging.
    • Work outdoors in all weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying 35-80 pounds.
    • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and prepare for the next day.
  • Key Performance Indicators:
    • Attendance: Meet customer service goals by being present as required by your supervisory team.
    • Budget vs Actual Hours: Manage time planned and spent at each job to keep jobs profitable.
    • Return Rates: Ensure quality control to minimize the need for rework.
    • Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service to retain their business.
    • Full Utilization of Software & Processes: Use software and processes to support customer service goals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
  • Willingness to complete training within 6 months if no prior experience.

Benefits and Pay

The pay range for this position is $12.50 to $18.00, dependent on experience as a lawn care or landscaping professional.
