Job Description

The Assistant Manager is a multifaceted role that combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. This position is responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. The Assistant Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drives efficiency in all store processes. They leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. The Assistant Manager is also a talent leader, driving everything from recruiting and training to engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day to create an inclusive place of belonging for their team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless customer experience across all channels.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment and supervise sales floor activities.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll for the store.
  • Training and Development: Drive recruiting, training, and development of store associates.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with store associates, customers, and management.
  • Asset Protection: Protect company assets and prevent loss.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
