Blue Moon Fitness is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to lead our exercise classes. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for our members, while also ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
Maintain all mandatory education certifications
Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures
Understand and maintain Blue Moon Fitness standards and expectations
Demonstrate knowledge of the Blue Moon Fitness brand and model behavior in accordance with the Blue Moon Fitness mission statement
Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
Maintain a professional disposition at all times
Follow all club/facility policies and procedures
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook

Requirements:

Maintain valid AED/CPR Certification
Certified to Teach Special Skills
Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
Strong customer service skills
Good verbal communication
