Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of defense for all safety and security operations.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to address safety concerns.
  • Perform safety checks and inspections of buildings and equipment to mitigate risks.
  • Document and report incidents, maintaining accurate logs of activities and observations.
  • Engage with residents and staff to build relationships and enhance community safety.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in safety or security roles is preferred. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and pass a background screening. A valid driver's license is required.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Physical fitness to perform duties, including foot patrols and emergency response.
