Ambassador of Faith

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Ambassador to join our team at the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. As an Ambassador, you will play a vital role in spreading the message of faith and sports to coaches, athletes, and volunteers.

• Lead and conduct spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship, and living by example.
• Connect with and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
• Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs.
• Engage, equip, and empower coaches, athletes, and volunteers by ministering through 1-on-1s, Huddles, and Events.
• Work alongside the supervisor to train and equip volunteers to empower coaches and athletes to be disciples who make disciples.

• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse group of volunteers in assigned Sports Environment(s) with the purpose of leading every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.

• Work alongside the supervisor to serve the aligned International Region by praying, giving, and going.

This position will work with the Pine Belt South Director and cover schools and activities in Petal, Hattiesburg, and parts of Forrest County.
