Neuralink is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our employees and teams.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
• Develop and maintain internal team documentation
• Provision and administer Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
• Manage user management systems and SaaS productivity platforms

• Excellent customer service skills
• Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Tenacious debugging skills
• Familiarity with SaaS productivity platforms and user management systems

• Experience with network engineering and protocols
• Experience managing Audio/Video conferencing setups
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management
• Software scripting skills
• Strong grasp of security fundamentals and compliance requirements
