Job Title: IT SpecialistNeuralink is seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist to join our team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our employees and teams.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain internal team documentation
- Provision and administer Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
- Manage user management systems and SaaS productivity platforms
- Excellent customer service skills
- Resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Tenacious debugging skills
- Familiarity with SaaS productivity platforms and user management systems
- Experience with network engineering and protocols
- Experience managing Audio/Video conferencing setups
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management
- Software scripting skills
- Strong grasp of security fundamentals and compliance requirements
