Job Details

Centrica Care Navigators is seeking a highly experienced Director of Statewide Compliance to lead our compliance efforts across the state. This role will be responsible for ensuring adherence to established legal and regulatory requirements, as well as promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.


Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


About the Role

The Director of Statewide Compliance will oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems for auditing, monitoring, and tracking compliance program initiatives and compliance issues. This individual will also collaborate with internal leaders and surveyors during onsite surveys.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement compliance-related policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor organization's compliance hotline and follow up on related hotline calls.
  3. Participate in accreditation activities, including creation and submission of corrective action plans.
  4. Collaborate with external auditors and participate in medical record requests and audit activity.

Requirements

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality service improvement and regulatory compliance, as well as a bachelor's degree in a clinical and/or administrative field. A master's degree is preferred, and certification in hospice nursing (CHPN) is also preferred.
