About the Role: The Foster Care Recruiter will be responsible for coordinating and conducting Foster Care Open House or Information Sessions, as well as performing other foster parent recruitment events and assisting program staff with retention activities.

  • Develop and administer an effective recruitment program for the Foster Care Program.
  • Coordinate and conduct Foster Care Open House or Information Sessions.
  • Screen, interview, and select potential foster parents to become licensed caregivers.
  • Work collaboratively with Family Resource to ensure licensure requirements are met.
  • Available to assist with occasional evening/weekend recruitment opportunities.
  • Other tasks as assigned by CFC supervisor.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A valid driver's license is also required.
