Key Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture relationships with borrowers and brokers to manage loan applications
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Evaluate loan applications to ensure precision and compliance

- Work collaboratively with the processing team to track loan status

- At least 2 years of experience in the mortgage sector

- Strong communication skills
