About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Developer to join our team at TD Bank Group. As a Pega Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to support our business processes and enhance our overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.
  • Configure and customize Pega applications to meet specific business requirements.
  • Implement best practices and design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the Pega applications.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging of Pega applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Pega applications with other systems and technologies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications in production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and trends and propose innovative solutions to improve application performance and user experience.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree, Post Graduate degree or Technical Certificate.
  • Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering).
  • Graduate degree nice to have.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform and Pega application development.
  • Proficiency in Pega configuration, customization, and integration.
  • One or more Pega Architect certifications.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Pega applications using Pega methodologies and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
