Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Physical Therapist at ATI, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, arthritis, and other orthopedic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Conduct patient education and training to promote self-management and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for patients.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
