**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Weekend Security Officer to join our team at St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. As a Weekend Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Conduct Security Patrols:**
    • Responsible for conducting regular security patrols of the property, including walking patrols, vehicular patrols, and golf cart patrols.
    • Identify and report any security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards.
  • **Respond to Incidents:**
    • Respond to any incidents that occur during your shift, in accordance with the Post Orders and the Company's Use of Force Policy.
    • Complete detailed and accurate incident reports, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.
  • **Maintain Site-Specific Knowledge:**
    • Responsible for knowing all site-specific policies and procedures.
    • Implement emergency response activities as appropriate.
  • **Customer Service:**
    • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • **Minimum Qualifications:**
    • **Education:**
      • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
    • **Experience:**
      • Minimum 1-3 years of professional-level work experience preferred.
      • Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military, and/or customer service highly desired.
    • **Licenses and Certifications:**
      • Must possess a valid registration/permit/license required by the state in which the employee is employed.
      • As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test where required by the Company or client.
