Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Faribault, MN to fill Resister Prep Associate positions on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday.

Job Responsibilities- Build assemblies to print, including laying out and physically mounting devices, wiring to print, and OHM testing panels.
- Read and understand engineering and manufacturing documents, including bill of material, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Ensure quality by completing in-process quality checks and escalating nonconformances.
- Follow work order directions and safely produce parts.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
- Complete and maintain required documentation.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect parts.
- Ability to frequently lift, stand, and bend with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
Compensation for these opportunities ranges between $18.00-$20.00 per hour.
