Soliant is a leading provider of remote speech therapy services, committed to delivering exceptional care to students with communication disorders. We are currently seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Cambridge, Ohio.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SLP to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in school-based settings and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide progress reports
Requirements
- A valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent
- Prior school-based experience preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
