Job Title: Cardiology Nursing Expert

At Sharp HealthCare, we're seeking a skilled Nurse Educator to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses to share their knowledge and skills with colleagues while advancing the delivery of exceptional patient care.

**Estimated Salary:** $92,194 - $112,938 per year.

**Responsibilities:**

• Facilitate performance improvement and staff development through evidence-based practices and mentorship.
• Plan and evaluate overall nursing staff development in response to healthcare trends and organizational priorities.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of educational activities' impact on learners, patients, and the organization.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Two years of clinical experience in a specialty area, such as cardiology.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and AHA Basic Life Support certification.
• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
