Job Summary:

As a member of the Hard Rock culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This includes tasting and sanitation, as well as assisting the Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control of product. You will also assist other line employees with daily responsibilities and prepare production in accordance with established standards set by the Restaurant Chef. Additionally, you will ensure the proper labeling, rotation, storage temperature and environment required for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present food to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Assist the Sous Chef and Cook in quality and portion control of product.
  • Assist other line employees with daily responsibilities.
  • Prepare production in accordance with established standards set by the Restaurant Chef.
  • Maintain quality inventory control of production.
