We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist in Surgical Care to join our team at South Shore Health.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with varying shifts, including days and nights, weekends, and occasional call rotation.
  • You will work closely with our surgical services team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Our hospital offers a range of surgical services, excluding cardiac surgery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct patient care and contributing to a safe and efficient operating room environment.
  • Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and staying up-to-date with the latest surgical best practices.

Requirements:
