Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Residential One LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing: Greet prospects, qualify them, and record all telephone and in-person visits on appropriate reports. Inspect models and available apartments, and communicate related service needs. Demonstrate community and apartment features, and apply product knowledge to client needs.
  • Administrative: Accept rental payments, maintain current resident files, and record daily inspections for the community. Distribute company or community-issued notices, and maintain accurate monthly commission records on leases and renewals.
  • Resident Retention: Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits, listen to resident requests, concerns, and comments. Complete maintenance Service Requests, and inform the maintenance team. Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed Service Requests.
  • Neighborhood Marketing: Participate in outreach marketing activities to obtain prospective residents. Advise residents of referral concessions, and assist in placing, removing/updating banners, balloons, bandit signs, flags, etc.

Requirements:

  • Affordable housing experience required; senior housing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
