- Develop Treatment Plans: Create comprehensive treatment plans in accordance with policy and procedures, ensuring that patients receive personalized care.
- Provide Supervision and Guidance: Offer supervision and guidance to clinical staff as needed, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that patient demographics and insurance information are up-to-date and accurate, completing assessment documentation within 24 hours of assessment.
- Participate in Clinical Supervision: Actively participate in clinical and peer supervision to ensure quality of care and professional performance standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a Master's degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, or a related behavioral health field.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in the state of Nebraska.
