The Electrical Coordinator will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational readiness of all electrical and electronic equipment.
- Strategically plan for long-term electrical projects and the electrical components of other initiatives.
- Supervise and schedule the work of a team of 8 electrical personnel across three shifts, actively participating in the recruitment, training, and development of new staff.
- Manage administrative programs related to electrical systems and personnel.
- Oversee contractors as necessary, directing their efforts to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project completion.


Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of electrical experience, or 10 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
- Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing controls, instrumentation, and electrical distribution systems.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Must be a self-motivated individual.
