Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Licensed Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Financial Advisors and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in securities registration, insurance licensing, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide licensed administrative support to Harbor Financial Group, handling inquiries regarding client accounts and supporting daily operations.
  • Client Service: Welcome clients, answer calls, triage messages, and schedule meetings with clients on behalf of Financial Advisors.
  • Research and Analysis: Research inquiries regarding client accounts, provide fund values, and answer product-related questions.
  • Office Administration: Perform routine administrative duties, maintain office supplies, process mail, and prepare correspondence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous administrative/secretarial experience desired
  • Securities registration (Series 7 & 66 or 6 & 63)
  • Insurance licensing/appointment
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation/experience
  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $32-36 per hour, depending on experience and licensure. This full-time position is approximately 30-40 hours per week.
