The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and educating patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
