Tact Staff is currently seeking a Travel CT Technologist for an exciting opportunity. This position involves providing essential imaging services in various healthcare settings.

Position Overview
  • Specialty: CT Technologist

  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Shift Length: 8 hours

This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing the technologist to choose additional working days to meet the required hours. The position requires proficiency in operating GE, PACS, Phillips, Siemens, and Toshiba equipment.

Patient Care Responsibilities

The CT Technologist will work primarily with adult patients, performing a variety of imaging procedures including:

  • Abdomen: Scans with and without contrast
  • Chest: Scans with and without contrast
  • Head and Neck: Scans with and without contrast
  • Spine and Musculoskeletal: Imaging for musculoskeletal trauma

Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT

Professional Skills

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge in:

  • Isolation precautions
  • Preparation and administration of contrast media
  • Starting peripheral IVs

Experience: A minimum of one year in a similar role is required. The unit is open to first-time travelers.
