Role Summary

This Front Desk Ambassador position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Wyndham Destinations. As a key ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extend warm hospitality to guests from around the world, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and local attractions, exceeding their expectations.
  • Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English fluently.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude, reflecting the company's values and mission.
