Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver

Join Painters Supply & Equipment as a key member of our warehouse team As a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery processes.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and storing inventory, as well as assisting with delivery of paint and related products to local customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items
  • Organize stock and maintain inventory
  • Maintain equipment and warehouse space
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
  • Pick customer orders from bin locations
  • Stage customer orders for shipment
  • Maintain and rotate shelving stock
  • Prepare paint orders, including mixing, utilizing standard formulas and custom formulas
  • Deliver products as needed, ensuring customers' quality and service expectations are met
  • Unload deliveries at customer site as directed by the customer, validating correct shipment with the responsible individual
  • Operate and maintain company vehicle in accordance with all state and federal laws, maintaining an acceptable personal driving record
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven warehouse experience
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
  • Team player with organizational skills
  • Ability to lift or move heavy product
Physical Requirements:

Physical abilities will include walking and standing on concrete/hard surfaces for a minimum of 2.5 hours to 8 hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly and over 55 pounds occasionally, able to reach, twist, bend, kneel, climb a ladder while carrying product. May require the ability to drive a forklift and/or order picker.

Candidates must submit to a drug screen and meet acceptable Motor Vehicle Report requirements as part of the hiring process.
