Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team at Purestar Group. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting soiled linen and delivering clean linen products to hotel customers while adhering to state and Federal Regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the truck
  • Load clean linen into trucks, checking for accuracy against delivery tickets
  • Drive trucks to specified customer locations and unload clean linen carts, interacting with hotel staff
  • Communicate customer concerns or complaints to the Production or Logistics Manager on duty
  • Complete trip sheets to reflect all stops, number of carts delivered, and number of carts retrieved
  • Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents involving drivers or company equipment
  • Promptly report any delays to the supervisor/manager relating to pick-up or delivery of loads
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Class A or B Driver's License
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience driving a commercial truck
  • Ability to follow maps or directions to meet destinations safely and efficiently
  • Able to understand and complete basic math
Work Environment

The work environment is typical of an industrial facility, including noise and vibration. Personal Protective Equipment will be required for certain tasks.
