Job DescriptionAs a primary site leader, you will oversee subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your key responsibilities include:
- Establishing project plans and maintaining weekly progress reports
- Preparing and managing detailed short-term schedules
- Ensuring accurate invoice payment processes and financial management of project costs
- Resolving day-to-day field issues and preparing daily reports on manpower and significant activities

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Construction experience in data center and mission-critical construction
