Job Description

As a primary site leader, you will oversee subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing project plans and maintaining weekly progress reports
  • Preparing and managing detailed short-term schedules
  • Ensuring accurate invoice payment processes and financial management of project costs
  • Resolving day-to-day field issues and preparing daily reports on manpower and significant activities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Construction experience in data center and mission-critical construction
  • Knowledge of Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Flexibility to travel on a 10-4 schedule across the US
