We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Charge Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong clinical background and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and monitor patient outcomes to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and efficient work environment.
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio.
- At least one year of experience in dialysis nursing, with a strong background in patient care and leadership.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
