As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients correctly and safely on the scanner table to ensure accurate and high-quality images
  • Administer contrast media as ordered by physicians to enhance image quality
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to physicians
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience as a Computed Tomography Technologist
  • Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) Verification
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R) Verification
  • Fluoroscopy certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
