Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop personalized behavior support plans.
  • Implement and supervise the delivery of evidence-based interventions, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS).
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between settings.
  • Provide ongoing training and coaching to direct support staff, paraprofessionals, and other stakeholders on best practices in behavioral intervention and support.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a field related to child development or special education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral principles and techniques, including ABA and PBS.
