Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Prokatchers LLC. This role involves providing exceptional nursing care while adapting to various clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comfortable with floating between Med/Surg and PCU departments during night shifts.
- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing and addressing clinical, educational, mental, and spiritual needs.
- Identify safety concerns for both patients and staff, utilizing appropriate lifting techniques to ensure safe patient mobility.
- Maintain composure in high-pressure situations, employing effective problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities as necessary.
- May be tasked with charge nurse responsibilities as required.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
