We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our Cold Stone Creamery team as a Cake Decorator. In this role, you will be responsible for decorating our "Signature" ice cream cakes of various sizes and creating custom cakes according to customer specifications. This position requires a strong attention to detail and a flair for creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Decorate a variety of Signature and custom ice cream cakes.
• Collaborate with customers to fulfill specific cake design requests.
• Assist in the preparation of additional dessert items, including ice cream sandwiches, cookies, cupcakes, caramel apples, and other treats.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support as a crew member when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to decorate cakes effectively; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, follow directions, and complete tasks efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Compensation Package:

• Hourly pay
