Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, diagnose issues, and repair mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle defects.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with the service manager and supervisor to address service and repair challenges.
- Prepare detailed reports for the manufacturer outlining the repairs completed.
Qualifications:
- Possession of at least one valid and current ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) certification, a degree from an automotive technician training program, or one year of experience in a professional garage.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Motivated to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
